YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!

You don’t have to navigate transitions in your life alone.

Whether you’re facing major changes in your personal life, career, or other significant areas, these moments can feel overwhelming—especially when self-doubt, perfectionism, and struggles with confidence and self-esteem are in the mix.

As a therapist and thought partner, I’m here to support you through these challenges, providing a safe space to explore your feelings, strengthen your sense of self, and develop the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. Together, we can work through the uncertainties and help you build the foundation for your next step.

Owner & Founder

Hi, I’m Keeayla

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and the founder of Phases of Change PLLC. Phases of Change is here to create a safe, confidential space where you have a therapist—your thought partner—to support you through life’s transitions. Whether you're stepping into adulthood, navigating career changes, healing from a breakup, or moving into a new phase of life, you don’t have to do it alone.

At Phases of Change, you’ll find a therapeutic environment where you can uncover what’s holding you back and reframe the negative thoughts that weigh you down—whether it’s excessive worry, fear, perfectionism, or self-doubt.

Growth requires us to confront those hidden struggles so we can fully step into the next chapter of our lives. If you're ready to do the work, I’m here to help.

What is your background?

My background is rooted in education, where I supported at both the high school and college levels. Beyond that, I’ve worked in a legal aid, a domestic violence shelter, and an intensive outpatient setting. No matter the role, my passion has remained the same—helping people navigate life’s transitions. I love empowering my clients to move through challenges with confidence and clarity.

What inspired Phases of Change PLLC?

Helping people has always been at the core of who I am, but my own experiences with life’s ups and downs deepened my commitment to this work. Every phase of life brought new challenges, but at the root of it all were the same questions: How do I see myself? How do I show up for me?

I know what it’s like to battle self-doubt and struggle with perfectionism, people pleasing, self-esteem and all the things. Even in my silent battle, it showed up loudly in every part of life. But one thing made all the difference—I wasn’t afraid to ask for help. That willingness to seek support shaped my journey; now, I help others do the same. It may be scary, weird, or overwhelming, but Phases of Change PLLC was created to be a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
